Unlock The Potential

Recyclable

Molded fiber is easy to recycle, reflecting our commitment to responsible choices beyond its immediate use.

Renewable

Molded fiber is inherently renewable, sourced from natural materials that can be replenished, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solution.

Robust

Molded fiber is exceptionally robust, offering strong protection and resilience while remaining lightweight.

What is molded fiber pulp?

How molded fiber can help align your business with nature.

Molded fiber pulp is an innovative, eco-friendly packaging material made from recycled paper and cardboard. Known for its versatility and sustainability, molded fiber pulp is increasingly used across various industries to create products and packaging that is not only protective but also environmentally responsible.

The use of molded fiber plays an important part in an effort to conserve the environment, decreasing the demand for non-renewable resources, reducing pollution, and promoting sustainable practices in the industry. What makes it even more remarkable is that it’s not only made from waste materials; it’s also 100% biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable.

In collaboration with our strategic partner, we leverage the latest technology and state-of-the-art machinery for the design and production of our products. This enables us to consistently deliver high-quality products. Each product undergoes the following manufacturing process…

The process begins by combining water with recycled waste cardboard/paper to form a fibrous pulp.

This wet pulp is then ‘formed and pressed’ and then dried to provide strength and rigidity.

The final product undergoes a rigorous quality control protocol to ensure each product meets the highest standards.

Responsible Disposal

3

Is the number of ways you can responsibly dispose of molded fiber!

The sustainability of molded fiber allows you to reduce your carbon footprint by disposing of the pulp in one of three ways.

Recycle

Molded fiber is easy to recycle, reflecting our commitment to responsible choices beyond its immediate use. Knowing that our molded fiber is recyclable provides peace of mind. It can be effortlessly collected and processed through existing recycling systems, enjoying a new life up to 26 times!

Re-use

Unless the pulp is damaged, it can be reused, either in the same capacity or for other purposes, such as planting seeds. Since molded fiber is biodegradable, you can plant seeds directly into the pulp and place it straight into the ground.

Compost

The advantage of molded fiber lies in its inherent biodegradability. Unlike plastic or Styrofoam, which can persist in the environment for hundreds of years, molded fiber naturally decomposes. It can be placed into a compost bin or sent to a landfill, where it will biodegrade without causing harm.
